MyCareScope provides in and out of home nursing and community services for your NDIS plan with strict adherence to NDIS guidelines. MyCareScope community nursing service is dedicated to supporting individuals with highly intensive needs. Our team of support staff are carefully selected to client specific needs.
MyCareScope will create an Independent-Scoped Care-plan for you, tailored to your needs and scoped around your NDIS plan. With MyCareScope your care all is all about you and your wellbeing. MyCareScope lets you choose your preference of care and join in creating your Independent-Scoped Care-plan in line with your NDIS plan and goals of care.
